When a globbler is following the quest for global wisdom, world exploration inevitably expands the mind, the heart, and the soul of that curious individual. Three spheres of life are thus enhanced – the intellectual, the emotional, and the spiritual.
Exploring other cultures and shaping global friendships opens a window to the tremendous intellectual richness of our planet. Learning about the great ideas of every culture nurtures human creativity. The knowledge of cultural values shapes a global perspective characterized by tolerance and respect for the diverse people of our world. That’s how the seed of curiosity blossoms into the flower of understanding.
The enlightenment of the mind leads to the expansion of the heart. When the globbler’s intellectual eyes observe the great achievements of the brothers and sisters from around the world, the heart is filled with admiration. And what is admiration? It’s a step on the emotional stairway to love. And love, love is the most powerful force in the Universe, a force capable of liberating the human soul from the prison of the ego.
Through love and compassion, the spiritual grows within the globbler. The soul expands and taps into the universal consciousness. And gradually but surely, peace is realized within. And as great thinkers from all civilizations have preached throughout the ages, with internal harmony comes the external peace in the world.
Intellectually, we strive for understanding. Emotionally, we strive for love. Spiritually, we strive for peace.
We are very fortunate to live during the Information Age because it has never been easier to learn about other cultures and to create cross-cultural friendships. Global learning is the essential, unifying movement of the 21st century, and through that very movement globblers from around the world will be attaining high levels of understanding, love, and peace – the 3 essential forces that will shape our future.

What a beautiful post. :-) It touched my heart.
Yes, love is the most powerful force in the Universe. :-) Love heals everything. Love will heal the pain and suffering, the violence and hate, and most of all the fear present on this planet.
Let’s make it happen. :-)
Love,
Rosine.

Thank you, Uddhava dasa! I believe that we are all globblers deep inside of us. Deep within us, there is a person willing to explore the world, to travel to distant lands beyond our cultural horizons, and to connect with soul mates from the various corners of the globe. Let this blog be an inspiration for the globbler within you!

Of course! I see myself as a messenger. That’s why I keep emigrating and learning foreign languages, leadership skills and public speaking. It is my mission to spread love. I don’t know yet how exactly I will do that, but I for sure have big plans. :-)
I think there can be love without understanding, too. :-)
Love,
Rosine.

That’s awesome, Rosine! Foreign languages are doors to the cultural richness of other civilizations. Leadership skills and public speaking are very essential, and the time will come when you will know exactly how to apply them to make a difference in the world. Never stop asking “How?” – that’s the magic question. As for love, the great Roman poet Virgil said, “Love conquers all things; let us too surrender to love.”
Keep globbling! =)

Now I`m so impressed with the concise, and yet rich elaboration of the leading concepts in the context of the global consciousness progress. Bravo Pres! I don`t want anything to add or take away, because you really have the gift to conquer the human heart with your unselfishness and humility. This text indicates how deep you dive into yours internal sea where lives universal truth. „Ask and it will be given to you“ – definitely by your example you confirm this truth. Only that kind of person with open heart and mind can act globally.

“Exploring other cultures and shaping global friendships opens a window to the tremendous intellectual richness of our planet.” Nicely said. Also I notice people who are more well-traveled have a better understanding of diversity and more empathy for the people they meet.

Thank you, Cherrye! I absolutely agree with you. As Mark Twain wisely observed, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.” Keep exploring the beauty of the world!

I’m truly happy for you, brother. Exploring the world is a great investment in personal development.
Saint Augustine wisely observed, “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.”
I look forward to exchanging global knowledge with you, my new globbleristic friend! =)
